1. Safety Program

Lancaster Safety provides our team with safety services that include Onsite Safety and Health Training, OSHA Compliance, Pandemic Preparedness, and Specialty Services specific to the requirements of our clients
Wagner Development COVID-19 Protocol Program

The pandemic has forced us to increase safety protocols to prevent the spread of COVID. Appropriate safety protocols have been established to ensure the safety of all employees and partners. (i.e. temperature checks, mask wearing, social distancing, proper hygiene, tool and workplace cleaning, and regular inspections)
2. Pre-Job Planning

Lancaster offers Job Hazard Analysis tools which have been implemented into our Safety Program.

Our employee onboarding includes safety training, OSHA training, and CPR/First Aid.

Site specific Safety Plans are completed for each job.
3. Post-Accident Procedures

Near-miss-reports are utilized to learn from and prevent future accidents. Accident reporting begins immediately post-accident, and proper protocols have been established to ensure all information is reported accurately.
